Did a upgrade on my cellphone and need to do a sim swop. Trying for two days to get through to 0821958. Left numerous call back requests. Phone 111 and asked for a sim swop. Only to find out that my accont is with R49.00 in arrears and they cant do a sim swop but they did allowed a upgrade. Deposit a amount of R50.00 inti the account and try for another day to do the sim shop. Tracey told me the 0821958 number is out of order and I need to go to a Vodacom Outlet to do the sim swop and to pay R56.00 to do this. What a joke??? She then recommends I speak to the upgrade department after another 16 minutes on the phone with Jubelina she said she cant do the sim swope because my account is still in arrears. I once again said to her that it is unacceptable and after she said she is going to look for someone else to help me she came back after a few minutes and with no explenation informed me the sim swop was done. So much for customer care!!!
