Incorrect billing

My utmost disgust goes out to the lack of assistance from the Mtn Legal department,
On enquiry of payment for my account I was told I was in credit of R193.00 since Aug 2013 due to extra payments made.
After paying the amount due for this month (Nov 2013) upon application of a loan I was declined due to an outstanding amount on my Mtn account from Sept 2013, when queried with Mtn I was told there was no issue with my account and everything has been timorously paid and up to date. a request was made for their admin department to resolve which is now going to take 2-3 weeks,
what angers me most is that at the time of call there have been NO managers or supervisors to assist with my queries and the agent can help in no way what so ever.
I have been an Mtn subscriber ever since I can remember but this is really, and I cannot wait for a resolution when everything has been proven to be up to date.
