Vodacom's digital arrogance

What makes Vodacom so superior to EVERY other single online or app service provider or portal that you have to log in every single time you use it? You cant save your password, it cant remember you, it cant stay logged in. Every single time I have to log into Vodacom AGAIN I get madder and madder at the sheer arrogance of Vodacom. My contract is up for renewal and if this has not changed by the time my contract is up for renewal I will not renew it and I KNOW many other people feel the same. May people have told me they HATE this about Vodacom and believe Vodacom's arrogance is slowly but surely chasing people away.

Hopefully interconnect charges comes down soon and Vodacom will be forced to actually start listening to their clients. TICK TOCK!
