Blackberry Warranty clearly ignored by Cell C

I am so frustrated with Cell C! I took my phone in for repairs on the 12th April 2013 and I'm still without a phone. I got my blackberry 9360 in June 2012, and it has been giving problems such a battery not lasting, media card not being recognised, freezing and then I decided to take it in for repairs at a cell C store. 2 weeks later I received an sms that I need to pay R370 for repairs. When I went to Cell C to find out why I need to pay for a phone that is still under warranty, The consultant told me that the report from repairs say that the USB is damaged and that is seen as 'neglegence'. I told him that I did not break the USB and he also saw the phone when I brought it in, it was in good condition.it was just the battery that couldn't last for more than 2 minutes, and now he has the nerve to tell me that it's 'neglegence'! Then when I ask him to find out exactly what the problem is, he says I must call the repair centre and find out for myself, and also log a complaint on the Blackberry website and tell them that the phone is not working and maybe they'll followup with Cell C on my behalf! what happened to "Customer Service"?!? He also chose to completely ignore that the memo
