WORST SERVICE EVER

On the 2nd of May i received a call from Virgin Mobile offering me a contract. i did accept and all was finialized, when i was told that my phone will be delivered between 5-7 working days. after 2 weeks i phoned in to confirm when i will receive my handset, i phoned every day after that and spoke to Millicent, Yvonne, Miles Kagiso and Siswe, on the 31st of May i spoke to Yvonne and she told me that it shows pending and she will give it throuhg to be finalized. i then spoke the Siswe on the 11th of June 2013 told me that my order was never put throug to the couriers, and that he did that for me. today is the 18th of June 2013 and still nothing, i just wonder how the service would be in the future.i have phoned in 7 times today (18th June 13) asking to speak to Collin du Preez, but no one could put me through. ive been holding on more that 15min at a time. thats why i would like someone to please contact me so that i can cancel my order due to the terrible service and feedback. this is by far the worst service ever. i will defenatly not refer Virgin Mobile to anyone.
