Still Awaitng New Phone

I called in at the end of June to have my cell phone upgraded. I was told that the phone would be with me within 7 working days. I called in again on Thursday the 4th of July and I was told that the phone was with the couriers and I would be given a call by the end of the day in order to make the necessary delivery arrangements. None of this was done and I called in again on Friday the 5th of July only to be told that the phone was not with the couriers. I called in again today only to be left holding on for 17 minutes. Can somebody let me know when I can expect this phone? I have had enough of being pushed from pillar to post.
