BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I bought a iphone, thought good days are here again, all my phone troubles are over
Instead the brand new phone is losing his battery by second, battery have been tested, nothing wrong, software tested nothing wrong, now taken it in for repairs..

PROBLEM 1: I need it urgently (it is after all a brand new phone), we leaving the country on the 9th?
2: We are paying the contract now without benefiting FROM it!
3. When asking for replacement phone - attutude, - it is our problem!

How can I PAY FOR SERVICE, A PHONE AND AT THIS STAGE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING!!!

I AM SITTING NOW WITH A PAY AS YOU GO NUMBER AND SIMMMM???
