Terrible service and ridiculous feedback

My Blackberry 9900 crashed 2 months ago it systematically started freezing and the battery life was getting shorter and shorter. To the point that the phone went off and did not want to go on again. I took the device to Cresta vodacom repairs shop and explained that i think the phone has a battery problem, but there is something else wrong with the phone eg software. Not a day later i got a message saying the phoned had been repaired I went to collect the phone. I was told that it was only a battery problem and that i should just buy a new battery. I was quite frustrated due to the assessment being done so quickly and that me mentioning that there is something else wrong was ignored. When I bought the battery the phone still did not work. I took the phone back to Cresta the next day. Which was approximately 3 weeks back. Now i receive a message this yesterday saying the estimate has been declined and the phone will not be repaired which is a blatant lie! When i phoned they told me the phone had water damaged which is ridiculous! I am gob smacked with the unprofessional and ridiculous assessments and service I have received during this process. Shocking
