Bad customer service, rude and disrespectful

On Thursday September 25 I went to vadacom at hatfield plaza and got a two years contract and got a new phone. The first day the phone was ok and on Friday (sep 27) evening through the weekend the the phone was heating up and would not hold charge so returned to the vodacom shop on Monday and they tested the battery and said the battery is ok the problem is the phone itself so I then said give me another phone and themanager said no I cannot get a replacement now and I cannot cancel the service because I signed I contract. Two day later they called me and said to bring the phone and they will send it and what is wrong or if I can get another phone. I kept on calling and now nobody seemsto know when will I get another or what is the status of my phone. I am paying I service that I font have. I am just sick and tired.
