Take time and not done

I send in my phone for repairs on 17 Jan 2013. Got the phone back on 5 Feb 2013. And no repairs was done. After it was said a software update was done, bur no update was done. And now even more problems with the phone, battery goes dead after about 3 hours, in standbay mode.
And the battery as been tested with a brand new 1.

I did email the campany, and its been 27 hrs later and no replay.
