INCOMPETENCE!!! NO NETW AFTER 3 DAYS 0742573649

In March 2013 I took out a data contract and an amount in respect of the connection fee was supposed to be debited to my cheque account and the bill would still be settled in cash. I have notified Cell C on several occasions that the account was closed and that they should not present the debit order. Despite various confirmations that they will stop the deductions, they continue to present each and every month, and add a R 70.00 fee to my account in respect of the returned debit order. After my upgrade in September 2013, I started having problems with my bbms and was advised to perform a "sim-swap" for which I was again charged R50.00. On 30 November 2013 I attended the branch again and was advised that an incorrect sim was given to myself and that I should do another "sim-swop" and pay another R50.00 which I bluntly refused. I got a new sim, free of charge, was advised that my phone will be active within 2 - 4 hours, which later changed to 24-48 hours and when I was still not back on the network by 12:00 today, I was advised that the reason was that I was in arrears with R86.00, being R 70.00 in respect of the debit order presented on 30 November 2013 together with a furthe
