A complaint I laid in Aug 2013 was resolved as per my knowledge, but actually, not to my surprise, Cell C did not do what was advised over the phone after I laid the complaint on hello peter.
They advised that the issue was resolved and that I will be credited the amount of R441 and they will use the credit amount untill it is finished. My package is R150 A MONTH, so there should have not be any debit order deductions up to at least Oct/November 2013.
Well, to my surprize, a debit order is deducted again in September for an amount of R248, which is not even the contract amount. So, what happended to my credit amount that Cell C would have used.
I took out the contract at the branch in [email protected] I will be going to the branch this afternoon to cancell the contract with Cell C and all that I need is a refund on all monies deducted incorrectly. The R441 deducted incorrectly, the R248 deducted incorrectly in Sept and my R114 activation fee.
I was also in process to move my cellphone contract from vodacom over to cell c but that will definitly not happen now. I will return the router to the branch this afternoon.
