The first debit order was processed 30 September 2013. In the beginning of November 2013 Cell C started to send threatening Sms's insinuating that I am not paying my account. The previous month there was no problem and the debit order was subtracted and paid. With the 1st SMS's I paid the account personally and went to Cell c to enquire what the problem is because there is alwys enough money in the account to honour the debit orders for various companies. Cell C varified with my last visit to them that all was in order now. Today 06/12/2013 Cell C once again started to send SMS's of the same threatening format. I phoned Cell C to learn from them that they say that FNB is not honouring the debit order. When I phoned FNB they inform me that there was no debit order rendered for payment from Cell c and that there was enough money in the account to honour the debit order. I am being pushed around and get no resolution from the said parties.
