I recently opened up a Cell C cell phone contract, and had my 1st debit order go off my account at the beginning of the month. 1st they debited the amount from my one account which had insufficient funds (this transaction was reversed), so I was charged for a failed debit order. I do understand that this is protocol, so I was not upset. I then advised them to re-debit the amount the next day as I would be transferring money into that account. The next day, after the debit order was SUPPOSED to be done, I had updated my debit order details to my new account. Only several days after that was the debit order processed, but now onto my new account, which, suprise suprise, had no money in it as I had transferred it into the other account. So now, I am incurring bank charges because of Cell C's incompetent staff. Needless to say, I am highly pee'd off.
