Cell continues to bill a cancelled Contract

In September 2013, I decided to upgrade my contract. I was told that there are still two months left on the contract and therefore I will be billed for the upgraded number and the 'old number' until November 2013 (and that will be the last debit on my account (Strange because in previous upgrades, I was told that if the contract is sitting at month 21/22 of the 24 months, you could upgrade).
Anyway, I agreed.
November came and went. I was debited in December 2013. I immediately called Cell C. I was advised that this was a mistake on their side and I would get my refund. And I was told "we have now cancelled the contract.
January came and another debit order. I called Cell C and was advised that "oh, it's a mistake, but we have given you airtime to your prepaid! ". And this is the last debit! The last? Was November not supposed to be the last?
My take: Cell, is trying to get money out me and pretends that this is a mistake... The market is rough out there as the CEO of Cell says, but to be unscrupulous? No, guys, please treat us as your valuable customers... else we jump to Voda or MTN...
I want my refunds for December and Jan, asap, please. That is my MONEY
