PATHETIC SERVICE RECURRING!!!

I signed up for a new Cell C contract on 22/03/2013 at Makro Springfield and specified on my subscriber agreement and advised the sales consultant that I will be paying via Eft as I do my existing contract and NOT debit order. The sales consultant advised me to pay the once off connection fee of R114 within 48 hours which I did via eft on 23/03/2013. Thereafter I paid the 1st month's invoice via eft on 25/04/2013 for R188.
However, I was debited the once off connection fee of R114 on 26/03/2013 and the 1st month's invoice of R187-39 on 25/04/2013 despite me paying these amounts timeously!
I sent an email to Cell C customer service on 04 May 2013 advising of same and to refrain from debiting my account. Shortly thereafter I received an auto mated response advising that I will receive feedback within 72 hours. It is now 15 days later and I am STILL awaiting feedback!
I called Cell C customer care at 11h00 today and escalated this to Zodwa Nnamoni who promised to call me tomorrow afternoon at 15h30. YOU have NO authority to debit my account!!! Please remove this debit order immediately. As communicated I will be paying via eft by the 31st monthly. Your staff need training!
