About 3 weeks ago I took my iphone 5 in for repairs, walked to a consultant explained that my screen has gone blank. She just looks at me and hands it over to someone else, a guy who does not even smile and quite frankly doesn't seem like he even cares or wants to be at work. Went into the store today for an update as NO ONE seems to be contacting me, I was told that I would receive an email or a phone call - nothing what so ever.
Asked for an update today, once again customer service shoddy to a point where its non existent! They checked the system and apparently someone called me and explained that they need some sort of information. This was apparently a day after I dropped the phone off. I HAVE NOT received any form of communication from anyone at 8ta let alone their repairs team. this is week 3 and I can only assume that nothing has been done to try and repair my phone. My phone is not even a year old!! I am leaving the country next weekend and it frustrates me that 8ta doesn't even seem to bothered that I need my phone for work purposes and my own personal use. What upsets me even more is that I am having to pay for a service. This is not the 1st bad experience with 8ta!
