Poor service and no apology

I have just been into Vodacom Main Road Rondebosch (opposite Hussar Grill) as my contract expires this week and I would like to get a new cell phone. Firstly, two staff members are outside smoking near the entrance and once inside I was told that they cannot help me as they are off-line. TYPICAL!
So, trying to work with them, I ask for a brochure so that I can see what my options are - the response? "We are out of stock."
They might as well close the door and go home. Cell C here I come...
