I received a new cell phone and sim card on friday and the sim card is still not activated.
Getting the order processed was a difficult task as MTN had no stock for their phones and no updated list.
This morning I sopke to more than 8 diferent consultants that could not assist me and kept transfering me to different departments.
Please can someone from MTN assist as no one advised that I will have to activate the sim card and that it will be such a nightmare.
