I phoned one 2 one to apply for data contract. I received my sim card the next day (02/10/2013) & when I called the call centre to find out when the sim card will be activated, the agents keep passing the buck, promising to sort the issue out and now it's over 72hrs since i got the sim card but it is still not activated. I am frustrated as we need to use the card for my son's homework and my own stuff. What is the point of giving me a sim card, I phone to inform them I have the card and that they should activate & they say it takes up to 72hrs to activate but now it's over a week and nothing. I am very disappointed and frustrated.
