Consistently Bad service

After waiting for a full week for my SIM card to be delivered, I called and complained. I was referred to a Nelisiwe Mthembu and she told us to go to the Sandton autopage to get a SIM card, and she said she had spoken to the two consultants working there and we should have no problem. I go to the shop and they have no Vodacom SIM card for me, which makes me believe she was lying because if they were out of stock they would have told her this when she called and told the, we were on our way.
After this I complained and escalated her bad service and my SIM card was delivered to my house, 10 working days after my first request. I called Nelisiwe and asked her to activate my SIM card at 2pm on Friday, and she said it will be done within 2 hours. Sunday the 14th of April came and my SIM card is still not activated, I called the call centre AGAIN and the gentleman who answered looked on the system and said that she had done NOTHING, and that I have to wait another day until Monday for the SIM card and its full BIS services to be activated.

I am at a loss for words as to why this woman still has a job.
