I have bene searching for stock of the galaxy note 3 and gear and found one at fourways mall and went into the store saturday morning to do the upgrade, was advised by the store that i cant upgrade my contract from data to voice as cellc does not allow this, so u can imagine my frustration as i rode around wasting petrol and time and my airtime minutes as no one form cellc advised me of this, you can cancel this contract if a cant upgrade from data to voice and you can also cancel my other two contracts that expire early next year as i DO NOT want to tdeal will CELLC anymore, whats the use upgrading if you cant choose what package you want. youve just lost a customer for life, ive been with cellc for more than 10 years so thank you for not treating me like a loyal customer, my contract that i was going to upgrade is 0847004835
