In 2013 we as a Corporate National Company made the biggest mistake by signing up with Neotel. Since then we have only received bad service to NO service at all. After complaining and sending emails numerous times to Neotel employees about our network problem, we still haven't received a solution and are now fed up. Our company can't afford this service and bad attitudes. We are a National company with HIGH call volumes. We want to point out a specific person Bernard Welff, he ignores emails and phone calls and have a overall bad attitude. Inter Africa is a Paying client of Neotel and we expect the service and professionalism that we are paying for and not receiving. If Neotel is not capable of handing major companies and give them the service as promises they need to move out of this sector and focus on individuals. Neotel is incompetent and non the less USELESS. Following this post, we will be posting on every social media channel available. Lets see if Neotel reacts and sorts out our issues after having to publicly demolish their name. Regards
