Poor customer service & irregularities of info

Ive been trying to port to cell c for the past 2 weeks without getting anywhere due to technicalities e.g. sim card not Rica'd properly by store, sim card bought by me said to belong to someone else etc. So on Friday 29 Nov I finally got ported to cell c however by then I had lost my new cellc sim card so now I need to do a sim swap. When I called the call centre they told me they cud not assist me because I cud not remember the last time I had recharged my phone. I tried several times with different people but 2 of them ended up telling me that they don't do sim swaps on weekends therefore they could not assist me. I have given up trying to port to cell c. I thought they were the better option but clearly I thought wrong
