As I am a representative of Liberty life I have my contract through MTN which pass on certain corporate discounts to employees I am in a way compelled to deal through the store which is based at Liberty Life centre. As my contract as well as my wife and 2 kids contract have now come to an end I am eligible to upgrade all 4 phones. It has been an endless nightmare trying to arrange 2 x Apple 5 S and 2 Apple 5 C, the staff who man this store tell me that because it is a small satellite store they don't get stock. This is absolutely unacceptable as I am the customer, and the service I am receiving is, at least try and assist me if you know im looking for A particular model. I still do not have the phones and and hoping that someone from MTN picks up this mail and can assist me with a little better service than im getting from the current store.
