APPLE I-PHONE INSURANCE - SOLD INCORRECTLY!

After purchasing our apple 5 this year at the apple store centurion -yes just after it launched, and yes paying dearly for the phone -we were duly recommended by the staff to purchase the insurance that Apple sells with the phone in the event of the phone, dropping, falling, lcd breaking etc! Its as easy as come in with the unit, you must bring the unit, and pay in the excess amount and tada we exchange it. Fantastic we thought as my husband is kinda hard on the phones. neva the less about 5 months done the line, my husband was in a motor bike accident and his phone cover / lcd got pretty beaten up too. No problem I thought! We go to apple store Centurion on sat (9th nov)! what a up! We wait first 30 min before being assisted. Then we are told wrong queue, go to that one, well that one had also not moved since I had been there... ridiculous for a sat... anyhow, got to the front of the new row to be told, sorry no stock! But, we can give you a loan unit, oh wait! sorry, no stock of that either! geez, we don't know how long. leave your phone here maybe 4 -5 working days! I mean really! self employed? no phone?? what a sham? why is the product being incorrectly sold?
