Struggling to get proper connection

I have had a problem with the network for about 3 months.
I have contacted cell c about the problem.
Problem being that at certain times my internet connection does not work.
Shows that I have full 3G coverage, yet I have to sometimes struggle 30 minutes to 2 hours to get connected to the internet.
The times I have contacted them, they put me through to the technical department.
All they told me was to "reset my apn"
Which does not help.
It is very frustrating when you have some urgent emails that a person needs to send and your service provider can't give you proper feedback to what the problem is, or if the problem is being given attention.
I have 3 contracts with them. Which I am considering at cancelling.

Please, all I want is the internet service that is being given by my service provider.
