Laptop Handed to Vodacom Nelspruit 20.09.2013

My Laptop ceased to work, hence I took it in to Vodacom (Where the original contract was taken out)
When taking out the contract Vodacom sold me Quicksure and assured me that should anything go wrong with the laptop quicksure is the answer.

A Quotation was obtained from Quicksure amounting to R4918.91 which as duly forwarded to Quicksure.

I was informed that Quicksure do not cover the damage and that the Laptop needs to be send to the Supplier as I experienced problems with the laptop since 2009.

I followed up with Vodacom on the 14th and received an email from them claiming that the laptop was repaired in the interim and I must settle the R4918.91 before I can get my laptop back.

I did not authorise the repair and hence are not prepared to pay for it - I was waiting for Quicksure and as it is now repaired It can no longer be send to HP.

I feel that the person who authorised the repair are now responsible for payment and I urgently need my Laptop back.

Please help - nobody wants to take responsibility for the Laptop
