My contract was upgraded by someone internally in vodacom to which I then phoned and got it "cancelled". I think it's been almost a month now and nothing has been done about it. this morning I get a message saying my upgrade to smart m was successful which I never actioned.

I now have a contract that I can't upgrade cause corrupt employees feel the need for free devices. my billing amount has been changed and I tried the call center this morning and after holding for 30 minutes I decided it's time

reconsider using vodacom when taking cellphone contracts as their customer service is SHOCKING
