How difficult its to upgrade a cellphone contract

It gives me no surprize to see that Vodacom is on the top of Hello Peter's Complaints list
Welldone Vodacom. Think people need to be made aware of this!!!

I am fed up with Bad covarage on both my devices, incompetent moroons working in your call centres that doesnt go the extra mile to assist, arrogant attitudes and unfriendly customer service.

To create the picture: i have 2 contracts one is up for renewal:

I am trying to upgrade 1 of my 2 my devices and keep the same data contract as Vodacom cant merge contracts. This contract is up for renewal.
My cellphone needs to be replaced but unfortunitely that contract can only upgrade in December and there is no way of early upgrade or pay in for this matter. YOU ARE STUCK WITH A 24 Month contract or take out a new one (as i was told by your lovely educated staff)

This has been a troublesome year with Vodacom and as a brand concious person who bought shares in this company on the JSE... I am Disgusted tired and tired of RED.

I need a sollution for my problem (MTN if ur reading this, you are welcome to chip in)
And I dont want to be contacted by a call centre assistant!
