3months, plenty of promises, still no internet

Over a month ago I posted about how Telkom was charging me for internet that does not work. Since then I have refused to pay until my problem was fixed. Weeks later, and after my line was suspended I was promised that the fault was rectified. However I decided not to pay till the end of the month, since I refuse to pay for a full month when I only had internet for a few weeks. But come payday I decided to pay, Telkom can charge me for 5 days. So my line gets activated and low and behold, MY LINE STILL DOESNT WORK. AND HELLKOM HAS THE AUDACITY TO GIVE MY ACCOUNT TO DEBT COLLECTORS. I JUST SPENT OVER AN HOUR TALKING TO THE HELPDESK WITH NO SUCCESS!!! IM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS USELESS COMPANY. TELKOM YOU HAVE TILL SUNDAY THE FIRST (1st) TO SORT OUT YOUR MESS OR YOU CAN COME AND TAKE YOUR LINE AND YOUR MODEM AND SHOVE IT WHERE THE SUN DOESNT SHINE. AND DONT EVEN THINK OF CHARGING ME FOR THESE FIVE DAYS THE LINE IS ON, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GETTING A CENT OUT OF ME. SEND YOUR DEBT COLLECTORS, WE WILL SORT OUT THE BILL IN COURT!!!
I do hope Vodacom rolls out their fixed line internet soon.
