Complaint from 19 September not logged and not res

I received a call yesterday from Phumza in your networks dept with regards to numerous emails sent to cell c, see one of the emails below. She told me that she will not log or escalate my complaint because she is giving me a solution. I have had it with cell c I am at a point where I just want to tell everyone about the BAD service both network & people. My Cell number is 0711158951 word of mouth can do a lot of damage, just know that. if I do not get assistance with my problem I will become a problem for you.

My COMPLAINT is still not resolved, I received a call from a lady on 24/09/13 @ 10:55 who advised me that she could not trace the above ref number and she was supposed to transfer me to your technical support and guess what even that call was dropped/terminated. Why was my complaint not logged??? This is very frustrating can someone sort out this nonsense, PLEASE!!!
