From the end of September until the 9th of January i had absolutely no internet.
After months and multiple phone calls and reports on hello peter my internet was finally sorted out. Then came the bill including fees for unnecessary call out fees (I still don't know how it was unnecessary when the problem wasn't fixed).
I then phoned Telkom and also reported on Hello Peter that I would not pay for those months that the internet was down, and i certainly wont pay any unnecessary call out fees, since I wasn't provided with the service that I was promised, in fact telkom NEEDS TO REFUND ME FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!!! Up till now I have not had any response from telkom, except to say that they have now suspended my line, and that on top of the fact that I again haven't had internet for the last 5 days! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THESE TO SORT THEMSELVES OUT!
