My phone was booked in at Centurion on the 2de of November. On the 21st I went to inquire ahout the repair. Still not fixed had to be send in again. Today I had to drive to Midrand after NO support and service to collect my phone. When I got there it was still not fixed. After 2 hours of waiting I got my phone but now it doesnt even want to accept the mtn sim card. I returned to Centurion where the technition after an hourtold me that this unit is beyond repair and he cant do anything, I asked to speak to the manager. Hennie a black guy came out and told me that he cant help me and I hav to take it back to Midrand myself. I told him I cannot wait anymore or book it in again. He told me he doesnt care what I say. I said to him that he cannot talk to me as a customer like that where he said I must do what I like. He was unprofessional and arrogant and he started to make remarks that he refuses to help me due to me (as a white man must not tell him what to do) I asked for his superior s number but he said I must find it out myself and he refuse to hive me the paperwork back. I told him I am going to report him and he said he doesnt care because nothing will happen to him.
