Absolutely service

I started having problems with my black berry last month so i handed the phone
in to mtn Centurion for repairs since is under contract/ warranty.
to my surprise i was not offered a loan phone but was told this would only take a week
as it would be sent to the repair centre in midrand. job card number MGLFP3367471

However it actually took 3 weeks! i was then sent a message to say i must pay for the repairs as the
phone is not under warranty? so i call them to find out why, im then advised no copy of contract was sent to mtn which after several calls to mtns call centre and visiting centurion mtn i eventually received and sent it through. i assumed mtns service would be better then this.

few days later i call the midrand repair centre to find out whats happening with my phone and im told its already been dropped of at centurion. i go in to the branch and im told the phones not there yet so after telling the staff member ive confirmed it is, she goes off and finds it. ive had the cell back for about 1 week and now i cant access the internet or use bbm since yesterday. once again im on the phone to mtn, call 1555 im told its a hand set issue??? vodacom here i come
