For the past 3 months we received a statement from Vodacom where they are billing us with R4000 for data usage. On the 25th of October we logged a complaint with the data service department, they did not come back to us on that complaint as of yet.
We are using Samsung cell phones from February 2013, and did not get such a big account until August and it is still continuing.
I've had it!!!
I will go to court with this as this is!!!
