I send my blackberry in for repairs and after 2 weeks it came back with a report that unauthorized work was done to the phone, what i don't even care about i said they must fix the phone (i would have paid for the repairs) then they send it back not fixed. the person that worked at Nasua westrand did not even know what was wrong with the phone first she told me it was water damage and when i pointed out that the report did not say anything about water damage but something else i still don't know she told me that i was going to be billed 150 rand for the report, then i asked her why isnt the phone fixed then she told me she will have to send it back for repairs, why must i pay the 150 rand then? she couldn't help me and said i must call the account department!!! she told me that i must take the phone to clearwater Nashua to get it fixed im paying thousands of rands every month for such unprofessional service i will not renew one of my 3 contracts with Nashua mobile and will make sure everybody knows about the bad service
