POOR SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

I left Autopage because of poor service and went to MTN because my wife has been with them for 14 years with a very good review of them, but I after this do not agree.

I applied for 2 contracts with them on the 16th of November already and received an sms on Tuesday the 19th of November that both contracts has been approved, I still up to today do not have my phone yet. They do not even bother to contact me and let me know what is going on even tough they promise to, I have to phone them every day and querie when my phones will arrive, and every day I get the same answer, "we are waiting for stock from head office" with no date as to when Head Office will deliver.

I am fed up and demand my phone by close of business tomorrow or they can take both contracts and tear them up I will then rather look for another service provider.
