Totally Disgusted By Autopage!

About 3 weeks ago (perhaps even 1 month ago!) I upgraded my current contract with Autopage. To date, I have still not received my handset due to the supplier not having any stock. I am now paying for something that is not in my possession. If your business is cell phones and cell phone contracts how is it that you do not have stock and are unable to deliver on what your core business is? Furthermore, why advertise and promote the offering? There has been absolutely no sense of urgency from Head Office and I will be taking this further and finding out my rights as far as the Consumer Protection Act goes!
