PHONE SOFTWARE FAULTY-SENT IN FOR REPAIR

I sent my phone in for repair at Benmore Autopage on the 11th of June 2013-the software did not allow me to access my phone at all, and even the consultant was not able to enter into default mode to see what the problem was.

The phone was sent away to whoever Autopage contracts to fix the phones, and to date-despite constant phonecalls to your head office, from which I get no feedback but just false promises that I will be updated as to the process and as to what the is wrong with my phone-I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVEN A SHORT SMS UPDATING ME!!!

I am sick of waiting now, I pay my account on time every month and this service is worse than pathetic.

Please contact me on this number today-I am not happy with Autopage and you definitely do not deserve my business.
