NO ANSWER!!! NO SERVICE!!! NO FEEDBACK!!!

Good Morning. Once again I am writing to you about the same old story. My wife's phone was booked in for repairs on 10 April 2013 and dispatched the very next day. Fault on phone: No Network. When her phone was booked in they informed us that it will take up to 21 days. Today is the 29th of May 2013 and still no phone. My wife contacted Cell C Head Office on Friday to lodge a complaint of poor service delivery. The operator gave her the contact nr for the Repair Centre Manager. She spoke to Mr. Marimuto & he said they are currently working on her phone and the phone will be in Newcastle on Wednesday (Today). She has just contacted the Newcastle Branch and her phone has still not arrived. She has tried to contact Mr. Marimuto again on the nr provided by the operator, but no answer. I would really appreciate your assistance to resolve this issue. It has been long and frustrating..All our contracts are up to date (Debit went off this morning again) & I don't understand why we are getting this service in return. All our contracts are used for company purposes. Every time you responded saying someone will contact us, no one phoned to date
