Vodacom does not care

On Sat 16 Nov I sent a complaint to Hello Peter. Vodacoms automatic response was that a consultant would get in touch. To this day no one has come to me. I have been over billed by at least R491.41 for a contract I don't have and on Monday the debit order will go off. If i make sure that there are no funds vodacom will suspend my other service and black list me however they can just help themselves to my money and i have no recourse. In my world when i take something that does not belong or i am not entitled to it is called and in vodacoms world it seems ok... I have Spoken to various consultants from Crystal to Freddie. Freddie gave me a ref number 53/T682K/KCSDA and promised to come back to me. To prove his point Freddie even gave me his cell number which when i call a woman answers promising to give Freddie the message and even promising she will make sure that he call back within an hour... I am still waiting. Now when i call its just voicemail. So vodacom i do not give you permission to just take my money that you are not entitled to and when you do, I call it, what does vodacom call it when they take money they are not entiteld and without permission???
