I signed 2 contracts with MTN via Autopage for BIS @ R59 a month for two years. Despite having signed contracts, I have now been informed that I have been downgraded and will receive 200megs at same price. When I phone Autopage they say I must contact MTN.When I phone MTN they refer me back to Autopage
For 1 month I have been bounced between MTN and Autopage like a tennis ball. The ladies on MTN 173 helpline
