Handed in a phone that time to time reboots for repairs 02/10/2013, got a mail that the phone cannot be repair and I must buy a new phone. I declined and ask that the phone be returned to me.
I went to the Moreleta Plaza branch to pick-up the phone, where I was informed they, Moreleta branch only keep the phones for two weeks. Someone will deliver the phone to my house.. I am still waiting for the phone.
I also want to cancel one of four of my contracts, as renewal is coming up, due to poor services on which I was informed by the sales lady she can't guarantee the contract will be cancelled??? I must come in at the end of November... with this kind of services I will not take out any more contracts for by business.
