Inadequate communication

I have attempted to get a new business line for a Samsung Tab 3 (10.1 inch) since 22nd November 2013. Today, the 19th of December, I have not had the required feedback. My company has been with Autopage for more than 13 years. Every time, I phone the head office, I am told that the problem with the branch. The branch tells me that the problem is with head office.
