I have had a prepaid sim card for the past couple of years and have rica'd it with Cell C.
I needed to do a sim swop but was told by Cell C shop agent that i cannot as the sim card does not belong to me.
I was told to call 140 to have my details changed to the correct info. I called 140 and the useless agent said that she cannot change my details and i must go make the change at the Cell C shop. I went back to the shop and was told they cannot make the change. So if neither the call centre nor the shop can make the change or even try to help then who can make the change. All that Cell C needs to do is take the info of the person on the system and contact him and confirm that he does not own the sim card. Simple job that these useless agents cannot do. Please someone help me. Contact me for the Cell C cell no in question.
