Trying for 10 days

I have been trying for ten days to get through to Telkom 10210 to report that the cable from the telephone pole to the house has come loose. All I get is press 1 for this, press 2 for that, enter your phone number, enter your cell number for the reference to be sent to, when I get to this point it says, sorry we have a problem, hold on for the next available person. I have sent sms as well, no response,

For the last 3 days I have been trying to get help on 10217 (Business) they say that they cannot help me they will transfer me directly through to the concerned people, which ends up being 10210.

What more must I do???
