To this date getting my credti from Vodacom is proving to be impossible. Promise after promise for return calls is broken and the response from the agents is "we only call back when there's positive feedback"... oh really!! Vodacom, if this constitutes part of your training etiquette than it leaves much to be desired, I surely hope not though!!
