How long is it going to take Vodacom to sort this out? I am a new client and at this stage I want to cancel everything. I have now been waiting for days to get this sorted. It is still not resolved.
How as a new client am I supposed to monitor my account? Already debit orders have gone off and I am not able to see what the charges were for?
Please get this sorted today, not next week or next month.
