Im back here again because Vodacom still has not resolved my query. This is my 3rd post on hello peter. And i know that after they read this, they are going to call me so they can make themselves look good in the public eye and pretend like they actually respond to clients queries. Someone is going to call me and make another promise to resolve this query that has been going on for over 3 months now. Today they will be debiting my account AGAIN for a service im not receiving, a service i have not received ever since i took out a contract last year!!! this is by fat the worst service i have ever received. To think that i have been Vodacom's client for over 10 years, Im honestly beyond words.
